A long time ago I was trying to find my spot under the sky and I find myself at the Human resource department. Every single day learning and juggling a whole range of spinning plates. A company that valuing people is a better business model of all appreciated and trusted employee give the best result but HR have to work with leaders. My scope of Human Resource began with Payroll and Administration as a Consultant, after that Pay grades and HR controlling academy gave me a push deeper. Now I can say that I am a Senior Professional in this area. Working with leaders and managers I wanted to help them and an open eye for details, so I got my licence for NLP Master Practicioner. Next step is finalize 16PF certificate and improve my skills.
