I established the first ABET Centre for in 1991, and the first Career School for the Gold Mining Industry, then promoted to the Corporate Office as a Technical Consultant HRD. The company selected me to be part of a Project Team in whereby I developed learning materials for Goldfields. I was selected onto the Goldfields High Flyer programme in 2004 and converted into the role of a HR Generalist in 2005, then appointed to head up the Transformation Section and managed and co-ordinate all Skills Development, EE and HRD functions and with my passion for the HR function, again promoted to HR Manager. At present I am looking for new challenges, in the capacity of a free-lance Human Resources and Training and Development Consultant.

I am a seasoned People Consultant and Transformational Facilitator. My vision to bring about transformational outsourced HR solutions led to me leaving my job after twenty-one years and starting a new venture. Throughout my professional career, I have gained extensive HR experience and have worked on various HR and Payroll integrated systems. I aim to provide the platform that connects people, their passion and purpose in the workplace and with stakeholders. I am dedicated to partnering with various participants, supporting and advising management as well as determining solutions for employees to attain the organisation’s strategic objectives.
