My Learning and Development story started in 2002 and has evolved, changed and brought many learnings over the years.My career went from being a Training Specialist, to Head of Learning and Development to Skills Development Project Manager, allowing me to gain experience and expand my knowledge in the Learning and Development arena.

Years of experience: 10 - 20 years

The majority of my 18yrs experience has been in the Talent Acquisition space, starting as a recruiter and eventually heading up recruitment for a small global technology company. My last 3 years of corporate experience was within the TA Operations space. I am also an accredited coach and enjoy helping individuals and teams play to their strengths.

I am an emotionally mature, self-motivated, solution focused and naturally driven professional with a depth of Human Capital knowledge and experience. My exposure, over the past 17 years, lies in the Retail, Financial Services, Legal industries. My breath of competence cuts across the HR value chain, from talent acquisition to offboarding.
