Trained as Personal Assistant and worked for 12 years, then trained as HR specialist with University of South Africa, worked in HR as HR Development Officer, then co founded a business in logistics and transportation, a hotel, property development, engineering supplies and supply of gas. Business is still running. Created all internal work processes, policies not just for HR but the whole business, implemented HR best practices, staff welfare and administration of finances in the business. I have a passion to focus more on my HR side of work, and the business has staff that is now making it possible for me to develop and connect with others in my line of work.

I am passionate by emerging technologies. I am people oriented and worked for more than 15 years in the HR field. I am now shifting my career to advisor and consultant. I work in specific areas: Apply new technologies in HR, advisor to the board of director in issues related to HR, define succession planning strategy and design senior leadership training.
