Lori is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) who focuses on Creating Great Places to Work. After a decade as an engineer, she shifted into the world focused on people. In the 1990s she started as a coach, started training coaches, then expanded into leadership and team development in organisations. She is deeply knowledgeable about neuroscience and the connections to human behaviour. She helps people understand more about the brain's influences on us in executive coaching, coach-skills training, leadership development, team coaching and train the trainer programmes. Lori also specialises in delivering blended learning programmes.
